Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) – Swiss Payroll

• Responsibility for Swiss payroll (approx. 100–120 payslips per month), ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements, and maintaining accurate payroll records for employees
• Coordinating activities with other client departments to successfully implement tax updates and year-end testing in multiple or single payroll ERP systems across all regions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and advising management
• Responding to consultants’ procedural questions by researching and interpreting SOPs and legal regulations
• Coaching and developing team members to bridge knowledge and skills gaps
• Handling user/client escalations and defining actions to resolve issues, taking full ownership until resolution
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting/leading transformation and automation projects

• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll
• Very good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in German
• Strong experience collaborating with clients and vendors to validate payroll data
• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Success Factors, or Workday
