This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for an HR Executive/HR Business Partner. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in luxury retail or e-commerce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
