Location: Germany

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Immigration Consultant in Germany. In this role, you will guide individuals and organizations through complex immigration processes, ensuring compliance while delivering an excellent client experience. You will work closely with internal teams and external authorities to manage visa applications, work permits, and residency matters.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic insights, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth relocations for employees across multiple regions. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global environment while supporting clients through highly sensitive and critical processes. This is a fully remote role based in Germany.

Accountabilities
  • Advise clients on immigration laws, regulations, and best practices for work permits, visas, and residency applications.
  • Manage end-to-end immigration cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consulates, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases.
  • Provide strategic guidance on relocation planning and mobility programs to optimize employee experiences.
  • Maintain detailed records, track case progress, and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources, templates, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or related mobility services.
  • Strong knowledge of German immigration law and EU work permit regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
