Talent Manager, HR Manager
The People Initiatives Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic people-focused programs that enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, talent development, and overall workforce effectiveness. This role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to lead initiatives that align with company objectives and foster a positive employee experience in a fully remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage enterprise-wide people initiatives focused on engagement, culture, performance, and employee experience
Partner with leadership and HR teams to design and implement strategic people programs and policies
Coordinate cross-functional projects related to organizational development, talent management, and employee well-being
Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey data, and HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and manage communication plans to support change management and organizational initiatives
Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives
Oversee program timelines, budgets, and measurement of success metrics
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership programs when needed
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Recommend continuous improvements to employee programs and processes
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in HR, people operations, employee engagement, or organizational development roles
Proven experience managing strategic HR programs or organizational initiatives
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with experience using people data to inform decisions
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment
Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills
Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
Experience working in fast‑paced or high‑growth organizations
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee engagement tools
Experience supporting fully remote or distributed work forces
Annual Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD
