About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Consultant with strong hospitality recruiting experience in the Middle East market. In this role, you will lead end to end recruitment for mid senior to director level positions across hotels, luxury hospitality groups, and high end F&B brands. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver shortlists that are high quality, well screened, and fast.

What

You Will Do
  • Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer for mid senior through director level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, define search strategy, and align on hiring timelines
  • Source and engage passive talent using Linked In, networks, referrals, and targeted market mapping
  • Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear candidate assessments and recommendations
  • Manage candidate experience end to end including scheduling, feedback loops, and offer coordination
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles and future hiring needs
  • Track activity and outcomes in a simple, consistent process including pipeline, outreach, and shortlist quality
  • Represent our brand professionally with candidates and clients across the Middle East market
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years minimum experience in recruitment, ideally in hospitality
  • Proven experience hiring mid senior roles through director level positions
  • Demonstrated Middle East market recruiting experience for hospitality roles
  • Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging senior candidates
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow up discipline
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing multiple searches at once
  • English proficiency required, Arabic is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting for GCC markets such as UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
  • Background in agency recruitment, executive search, or in house TA for hospitality
  • Existing hospitality network across operations, commercial, and corporate functions
