What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design and implement a world-class onboarding program to enhance new hire productivity and cultural alignment
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end people programs that ensure consistency in learning and development

  • Utilize data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate leadership ideas into actionable plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning programs for diverse work forces
  • Strong project management skills, including road mapping and proactive risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities with experience in company-wide communications
  • Ability to use data-driven insights to assess program impact and trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Advanced communication skills, capable of driving organizational change
