- Advanced project management skills, including road mapping, prioritization, and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in company-wide communication and change initiatives
- Ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Background in developing employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Familiarity with remote team dynamics and best practices
- Knowledge of current trends in employee experience and organizational development
- Experience in using project management software and tools
