What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design and implement a world-class onboarding program that enhances new hire productivity and fosters a strong company culture
  • Develop and manage end-to-end employee programs focusing on learning and development and manager enablement
  • Create and execute strategic communication plans that promote clarity and support change management initiatives
  • Utilize data to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on engagement and retention metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate leadership ideas into structured, actionable plans for cross-functional implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning programs for diverse and global teams
  • Advanced project management skills, including road mapping, prioritization, and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in company-wide communication and change initiatives
  • Ability to use data to assess program effectiveness and identify trends for continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Background in developing employee engagement strategies and initiatives
  • Familiarity with remote team dynamics and best practices
  • Knowledge of current trends in employee experience and organizational development
  • Experience in using project management software and tools
