This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tacoma, WA, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will take a lead role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the company’s staffing goals. The responsibilities include managing the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining compliance with hiring policies and regulations. The Recruiter will also create and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates aligned with OSG’s commitment to excellence in the security services industry.
Qualifications- Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, as well as applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of government compliance requirements and regulations in hiring practices is a plus.
- Relevant experience in recruiting within the security or defense industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.

Base Pay starts at $70,000 per hour with bonus incentives
