What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze competitive market data to recommend salary offers, promotional increases, and other compensation adjustments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition on compensation analyses for identified roles
  • Conduct internal compression analyses and participate in external salary surveys
  • Administer compliance efforts related to compensation, including minimum wage and regulatory reporting
  • Provide timely customer service for employee compensation and time‑tracking inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compensation function, including position evaluations and market analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with HRIS database systems, particularly Workday
  • Membership in World at Work or Society for Human Resource Management
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes
  • Familiarity with compliance related to compensation laws
