• Design and implement a scalable onboarding program to enhance new hire productivity and cultural integration
• Develop and manage comprehensive people programs that ensure consistency in learning and development processes

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse work forces
• Advanced project management skills, including road mapping and proactive risk management
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in company‑wide communications and change initiatives
• Ability to use data‑driven approaches to assess program impact and drive improvements

• Experience working in a growing, distributed, or global workforce environment
• Familiarity with employee engagement metrics and techniques
