What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding program to enhance new hire productivity and cultural integration

  • Advanced project management skills, including road mapping and proactive risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in company‑wide communications and change initiatives
  • Ability to use data‑driven approaches to assess program impact and drive improvements
