Our client, a global B2B SaaS Business that provides a collaborative online platform that enables distributed teams to work effectively together, is looking to add a temporary GTM recruiter to their talent acquisition team. They are on a mission to empower teams to create the next big thing by providing them with the tools they need to collaborate and innovate.

The role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic GTM Recruiter to join our clients’ talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in recruiting for sales and GTM roles for a B2B SaaS platform.

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders at the Director level and above to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Utilize Greenhouse and other candidate scheduling systems to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Effectively manage high-volume requisitions, ensuring timely and successful hiring.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through networking, sourcing, and industry research.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in recruiting, with at least 3 years focused on B2B SaaS hiring.
  • Strong experience in Sales and GTM recruitment, with proficiency in Greenhouse and candidate scheduling systems.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Confident in navigating a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to quickly implement changes.
