We are seeking a staffing industry experienced Recruiter to work 100% remote. Recruiters at Alliance Recruiting Resources find, screen, and cultivate new and existing relationships with healthcare providers.

Check Out Our Must Haves
  • Locum Tenens: Healthcare staffing industry is preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience in recruiting, cold calling and high-volume call environments preferred
  • Goal Oriented: Demonstrated history of phone sales success, pipeline building, and meeting/exceeding goals
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required
  • Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
  • Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
  • Location: Alliance Recruiting Resources staff must reside in one of the following states - CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
Your Day to Day
  • Meet assigned gross profit and KPI goals
  • Call providers to determine their suitability for locum tenens assignments, develop relationships and qualify them for positions
  • Negotiate rates and assignment details
  • Collaborate internally with business development and account management teams to develop and execute a customized staffing fulfillment strategy for healthcare facilities
  • Provide ongoing management and development of personal provider scheduling, candidate submittals and maintain forecast accuracy
  • Work cross-functionally with credentialing and travel teams
  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
