What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement a scalable onboarding program that enhances new hire productivity and integrates company culture
  • Design and execute people programs that are consistent and repeatable for learning, development, and manager enablement
  • Communicate effectively to drive clarity and alignment on company initiatives, facilitating successful change management
  • Measure program effectiveness through data analysis to demonstrate the impact of initiatives on employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate leadership ideas into actionable plans that gain organizational buy-in
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
  • Proven ability to design and scale onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse and global work forces
  • Advanced project management skills, including road mapping, prioritization, and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in company-wide communications and change initiatives
  • Experience using data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with employee experience best practices and innovative onboarding strategies
  • Knowledge of current trends in HR technology and program management
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
