- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
- Proven ability to design and scale onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse and global work forces
- Advanced project management skills, including road mapping, prioritization, and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in company-wide communications and change initiatives
- Experience using data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with employee experience best practices and innovative onboarding strategies
- Knowledge of current trends in HR technology and program management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
