• Design and implement a scalable onboarding program that accelerates new hires' productivity and fosters a strong company culture
• Develop and manage end‑to‑end people programs that ensure consistent learning and development for employees
• Communicate effectively across the organization to facilitate change management initiatives
• Analyze data to measure the impact of employee programs and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate leadership ideas into actionable plans

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
• Proven experience in designing and scaling onboarding and learning initiatives for diverse work forces
• Advanced project management skills, including prioritization and proactive risk management
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in company‑wide communications
• Data‑informed approach to evaluating program effectiveness and identifying trends

• Experience working in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices
• Previous involvement in employee engagement initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing organizational landscape
