We're excited to announce a dynamic opportunity for a temporary Payroll Delivery Specialist to join our growing team! This role offers the flexibility and convenience of fully remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States.

The Payroll Delivery Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of US payroll. This role supports day-to-day payroll operations, maintains employee payroll records, and audits payroll data. The specialist also manages employee payroll enquiries via Service Now ticketing system, ensuring a responsive and empathic experience. Acting as the operational owner for assigned entity payrolls, the specialist maintains operational excellence, supports local compliance and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

The day-to-day

• Process multi-state biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Audit and process payroll changes (new hires, terminations, leaves, salary changes, deductions) to ensure accuracy.
• Help resolve payroll issues and employee questions in a timely, and confidential manner.
• Run payroll reports and perform reconciliations.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

• 4+ years experience in multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, wage and hour laws and tax requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, ADP Vantage, Workday and Oracle timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• In depth understanding of multi state payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and mitigating risks in payroll processes.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Experience processing high volume payroll for an organization that is 5k employees or more is preferred.
• CPP or FPC certified is a plus.

$57,500.00 - $90,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $71,500.00- $/ annually.
