Recruiter – Technician

Home Alliance is a home services company seeking a Recruiter to manage technician hiring for its U.S. operations. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technicians while working closely with internal stakeholders. The position follows U.S. (Los Angeles) working hours and requires strong recruitment and communication skills.

• Source and recruit technicians for various home service roles
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
• Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. (LA) working hours
• Experience recruiting technicians or blue-collar roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
