Talent Manager, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
Join a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic People & Culture Employee Relations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting global employment initiatives and ensuring immigration compliance. You will collaborate with a dynamic team across regions, working closely with the Senior Immigration Manager, People & Culture teams, external counsel, visa holders, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant case coordination. In this role, you will contribute directly to a strong employee and stakeholder experience by providing timely and effective support for employment-based immigration matters across the Americas.

What role will you play?You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring immigration compliance and supporting global employment initiatives while collaborating with a dynamic team across regions. The Employment Coordinator supports the end to end coordination of employment based immigration matters across the Americas.
What you offer- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in immigration coordination, legal, paralegal, employee mobility, or employee relations roles.
- Strong organizational skills, case management expertise, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with HR, case management, or tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft tools, HRIS, immigration platforms).
- Comfort working with confidential information and complex stakeholder groups, with a high level of client service orientation.
- A collaborative team mentality, strategic thinking, and genuine interest in employee relations, people issues, and risk management.
