This is a general recruiting role. You will be running a process on multiple jobs at one time ranging from creative directors, online fitness coaches, etc.

Role Description OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter for a full‑time, remote position. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to join the STNDRD team. Day‑to‑day tasks will include crafting appealing job postings, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The Recruiter will also help to shape the company’s hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
Qualifications- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, including talent acquisition and pipeline management
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment‑related tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and align them with company needs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- Experience in a fast‑paced, remote work environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
