HR Assistant - Part Time

• Payroll Administration (Primary Focus)
• Review and sync employee time cards
• Process expense reimbursements
• Prepare draft payroll for final approval
• Support semi-monthly payroll tasks (time-sensitive)

• Act as the first point of contact for basic employee questions
• Respond to questions regarding pay stubs or Rippling login issues

• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows (data entry)
• Ensure new hires complete required documentation
• Maintain HR data accuracy Required

  US payroll experience

  Tools
  • Primary:
    Rippling (PEO model experience is a plus)
  • Others:
    Slack, Google Workspace (Email/Drive)
  Technical Requirements
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
