Job Description
We are looking for a Management Executive Officer to join our Human Resource Division (HRD). You will be part of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to support and execute people strategies and HR operations.
Responsibilities- Process administrative HR services accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with SOPs.
- Administer HR services including onboarding, contract review, and exit processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of HR operational matters.
- Support the HRBP team in HR projects and programme execution.
- Provide general HR administrative support as required.
- Degree qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
. - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Resourceful with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Logical and critical thinking abilities.
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Hybrid arrangement: 3 days office, 2 days work from home
