Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Insurance and Operations (Remote First)

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 6+ key insurance roles each month, including Brokers, Underwriters, and Renewal Managers
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from needs assessment to offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain deep talent pools within the insurance industry
  • Continuously seek process improvements in recruitment methods and maintain accurate data in the ATS
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably with a focus on insurance talent
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact to offer
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and engage candidates
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Lever or similar ATS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and building talent networks
  • Background in data analysis related to recruitment metrics and hiring trends
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate for inclusive hiring practices
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on results and attention to detail
