Position: Benefits Technology Specialist - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Technology Specialist and vendors to implement new benefit administrative systems
  • Assist clients with implementation tasks and system updates as needed
  • Build out benefit plans, rates, and enrollment profiles in the benefit administration system
  • Manage system update timelines to ensure alignment with open enrollment dates
  • Provide ongoing updates and resolve discrepancies related to EDI feeds with vendors and carriers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Valid Life and Health License is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role; 3+ years preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with benefit administration systems preferred

  • Experience in the Insurance / Employee Benefits industry is highly desirable
  • Creative mindset and technologically savvy
  • High energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
