HR Recruitment Supervisor

This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional responsible for leading high-volume recruitment operations across multiple functions, including caregivers, case managers, and sales managers. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring staffing readiness to support business growth and client onboarding. The position includes supervising HR specialists, optimizing hiring pipelines, and maintaining compliance standards while delivering accurate hiring forecasts and reports.

• Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple healthcare and operational roles
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing demands
• Supervise HR Specialists, assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching and guidance
• Conduct structured candidate screenings, validate credentials, and ensure compliance
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including documentation, onboarding, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate staffing needs and plan for future growth
• Review recruitment pipelines, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure recruitment goals are met

• 3–5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
• Proven ability to supervise recruitment operations and consistently meet hiring targets
• Strong knowledge of caregiver and healthcare role requirements, compliance, and industry standards
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and ATS/CRM tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Strong ethical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, functional hardware, and a dedicated home office setup
