ROLE MISSION
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Advisor, you will play a key role in our growth by actively contributing to the sourcing, identification, assessment, and recruitment of our team members - while also supporting their integration and overall employee journey.

Responsabilities :

Talent Acquisition and Attraction

  • Source, identify, attract, assess, and recruit talent using innovative search and networking strategies (internal referrals, job postings, events, social media, etc.).

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for our strategic roles.

  • Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

  • In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities across social media.

  • Participate in campus recruitment and contribute to innovative talent acquisition strategies.

Talent Management

  • Oversee new hire onboarding: coordinate start dates, uniform orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless integration experience.

  • Provide an exceptional employee experience by building trusting relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.

  • Contribute to performance management initiatives.

Job requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.

  • Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.

  • Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.

  • You enjoy working independently and taking initiative.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

  • You love using your creativity to design digital content for platforms like Facebook and Tik Tok.

  • You have strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

  • You’re able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and with enthusiasm.
