SITA Canada is on the lookout for recent graduate to join us within the People function as a Graduate HR Administration.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support basic project coordination activities, including tracking actions, timelines, and followups.
  • Assist with documenting and updating processes, templates, and ways of working.
  • Conduct research and provide general support to team initiatives and adhoc requests.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Compile reports and prepare documents, presentations and other materials, as requested for internal and external audit requests.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for internal communications, including local and corporate news briefings.
  • Qualifications

    ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive with an efficient approach to fast-paced and international environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exposure to basic automation, reporting, or data visualization tools (e.g., Excel automation, Power BI) is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, analytics, or a related field.
