Role Summary
The Rewards Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits, leave, and compensation programs for assigned region(s). This role serves as a regional subject-matter expert for benefits and leave, ensuring programs are compliant, accurately administered, and consistently applied while supporting broader compensation initiatives in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and global rewards counterparts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating deeply in the work, balancing compliance, employee experience, and scalable execution across multiple geographies.

What You'll be Doing
Benefits Administration
• Own the day-to-day administration of benefits programs for assigned region(s), including health, wellness, retirement, and statutory benefits.
• Support annual benefits renewals, vendor management, employee communications, and ongoing plan updates.
Leave Administration
• Lead leave administration for assigned region(s), including paid, unpaid, statutory, and disability-related leaves, ensuring compliance with applicable local, regional, and national regulations.
• Review, update, and help maintain the leave framework, policies, and processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and legal compliance across regions.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate leave tracking, pay treatment, and timely resolution of escalations.
Compensation
• Support compensation activities for assigned region(s), including salary reviews, promotions, job changes, and incentive administration.
• Assist with market benchmarking, job leveling support, and pay analysis to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer on compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and strong operational execution.
HRIS & Data
• Support HRIS configuration and ongoing maintenance related to benefits, leave, and compensation for assigned region(s).
• Ensure accurate setup of eligibility rules, accruals, workflows, and reporting aligned with regional requirements.
• Produce reports and analytics related to benefits utilization, leave trends, and compensation data.
• Identify and support opportunities for automation and process improvements within HR systems.
Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure ongoing compliance with benefits, leave, and pay regulations applicable to assigned region(s).
• Maintain documentation, controls, and audit readiness related to total rewards processes.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in total rewards, with strong US and Canada benefits and leave experience.
• Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals and pay administration.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and benefits/leave system configuration.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, individual contributor role.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in a global environment.
