We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support our ambitious growth. Your innovative approach and ability to navigate a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment will be essential in building diverse and highly skilled teams.

As the talent acquisition team, we handle internal recruitment needs across the entire organization. From posting roles to presenting offers, we are responsible for the candidate experience and support managers in recruiting top IT talent, at the right time, and in the right place.
What to ExpectYour day to day will look like this:
- Source top-tier IT talent across Canada
- Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand needs and priorities related to our growth
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, especially for our Service Now delivery center
- Use a creative approach to grow our talent community
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes, including through automation and AI tools
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including IT roles with a sourcing component
- Excellent understanding of, and interest in, the IT market and current recruitment trends
- Demonstrated experience and skills in talent sourcing using tools such as Linked In Recruiter
- Comfortable working proactively and autonomously on future roles, developing a network through direct outreach, attending events, and being active on social media
- Excellent communication and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to make things happen, roll up your sleeves, and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
- Bilingual French–English
- Experience recruiting for Cloud technologies or Service Now
- Experience in an agency and/or high‑volume recruitment
