Starapple is the recruitment arm of the Head First Group. We support organisations of all sizes in professionally searching for and finding new colleagues for these companies. As a working student, you will be directly involved in this process.

• Assessing resumes for content, suitability, and completeness.
• Searching for candidates for our clients.
• Introductory phone calls with the candidates.
• Developing yourself in skills that will serve you for the rest of your life.

You will work alongside consultants who will guide you through the profession. You will be given room for initiative and learn how recruitment and stakeholder management work in practice.

• Salary that matches your experience – you will receive a salary that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.
• Vacation pay and days off – you receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 days off per year based on full‑time employment. This gives you plenty of room to recharge.
• Hybrid working – we support hybrid working and use a 60/40 split for this purpose; with full‑time employment you are in the office for three days and can work from home for two days.
• Contributory pension – we pay your full pension premium so you build up a pension without contributing to it yourself. You'll have a higher net salary as a result.
• Performance bonus – depending on your performance and that of Head First Group, you can receive an annual extra reward of one or two months' salary.
• Monthly extras – you will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution for lunch and support in setting up your home office.

• You are enrolled in a higher professional education or university programme.
• Availability of 16–24 hours per week.
• Structured and precise way of working.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Good sense of priorities.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or MSP is a plus.
• We offer a gross salary of €18.13 per hour, including vacation pay and vacation days.
