BASIC FUNCTION HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Early Careers recruitment team! The Early Careers Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting HCSC's intern and new graduate programs. This position will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering early talent engagement while partnering with hiring managers, university and community organizations, and internal stakeholders to execute recruitment strategies that attract high-potential talent.
The incumbent will assist with program management for the planning and execution of the intern and new graduate programs such as orientation and engagement activities as well as coordinating campus engagement, career events and stewardship initiatives. The Early Careers Recruiter is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, nurturing partnerships with universities and community organizations, and delivering a high touch, inclusive candidate experience while positioning HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
NOTE:
this role will sit in the Richardson TX office and is hybrid/flex (three days in-office, two days working from home). Relocation is NOT offered; sponsorship either now or in the future will not be extended.
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Human Resources OR 2 direct years’ experience in a human resources environment.
- PC proficiency to include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Workday, Linked In and Indeed.
- Service orientation and a mindset to support the customer.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of a Recruiting Management System designed for large-scale recruiting (i.e. Blue Recruit, Taleo, Brass Ring, etc.).
- Knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry.
- Experience in project management, cross-functional team leadership, resource allocation and aligning initiatives.
- Background supporting internships or early‑talent programs.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices related to emerging talent.

Compensation: $41,700.00 - $92,800.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
