This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Orlando, FL, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting daily personnel management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with HR regulations, and promoting employee development and engagement.
Qualifications- Experience in Human Resources, including understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Personnel Management
- Proficiency in administering and managing Employee Benefits programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in a professional environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
