• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes in the assigned country
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Payroll Implementation, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Process full end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory filing requirements and data integrity
• Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to improve payroll processes
• Mentor and support payroll specialists, providing backup for regional managers during absences

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent field
• Knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance
• Proficiency in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluency in both English and German, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international work environment

• Experience working remotely, though not required
• A passion for productivity and continuous improvement in work processes
• Familiarity with asynchronous work practices
