• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate experience
• Conduct recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers for designated roles
• Source, engage, and activate passive candidates through effective methods
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications
• Facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or agency
• 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting in at least two of the following domains: IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design
• Proven ability to manage 10+ job openings simultaneously
• Strong sales ability with effective candidate engagement skills
• Demonstrable sharp interview skills for assessing technical and cultural fit

• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Familiarity with effective sourcing practices for both active and passive candidate markets
• Ability to adapt and pick up new roles as organizational needs shift
• Knowledge of current technology trends and skills in high demand
