Manager, Payroll Consulting - Remote

• Manage HR, Payroll, and Benefits for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding HR, Payroll, and Benefits inquiries
• Coordinate client meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports
• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and related activities, including audits and compliance
• Administer health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and leaves of absence for multiple clients

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to HR, Payroll, and Benefits

• Experience with ADP, Bamboo
  
  HR, Paylocity, or UKG systems
• Certifications related to HR, Payroll, and Benefits (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, FPC, CPP, CEBS)
• Previous experience in managing multi‑state payrolls
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to continued learning and development through seminars and training
