We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, self starter who can work from home; and succeed in identifying candidates that can be successfully placed in our client's open positions. We are a diversified company that provides Engineers, IT, Industrial, Administrative, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting and Health talent to clients;across the wide range of industry sectors..

• Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
• Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager
• Foster long term relationships with candidates.
• Review and understand job requirements
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Create detailed job descriptions
• Follow up with candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies and plans
• Work closely with recruitment manager

• Ability to build strong relationships, ability to work independently and productively,
• Ability to use MS office tools.
• Possess self confidence and is a self starter with good written and verbal communicaton skills
• 1-3years experience in a customer focused, sales related position needed
