Our Career Specialist drives hiring, onboarding, and development across the organization, ensuring every employee feels seen, supported, and set up for success. Responsibilities- Manage the full hiring pipeline, including posting roles, auditing internal integrations, conducting final interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions and maintain the LSCRE Academy learning platform to ensure top-tier training delivery.
- Partner with leadership to track development milestones and align career pathways across departments.
- Support culture initiatives and engagement programs to keep the workplace connected and vibrant.
- Handle employee transitions (onboarding, transfers, exits) with empathy, confidentiality, and precision.
- Maintain HR system accuracy and ensure processes reflect consistency, clarity, and care.
- Fast, seamless workflows: move quickly without compromising quality, keeping systems, schedules, and communications aligned.

- HR or recruiting experience is helpful, but strong communication, organization, and people skills are most important.
