** About the Role
** We’re looking for a
** People & Culture Partner
** to support leaders across the business with a strong focus on talent acquisition and people partnership. In this role, you’ll help shape hiring strategies, attract top talent, and support employee growth—all while reinforcing a culture that aligns with our business goals and values.
** What You’ll Do
** Talent Acquisition
* Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned teams, from intake through offer.
* Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.
* Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.

People Partnership & Development
* Promote internal opportunities and support a culture of growth and development.
* Assist leaders in identifying and developing internal talent.
* Support employee development conversations and growth planning.

Collaboration & Culture
* Support engagement initiatives and reinforce company values.
* Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, connecting them with People & Culture programs and expertise.
* Collaborate with People & Culture team members to ensure consistent support across the organization.
** What You’ll Bring
*** 2–5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, HR generalist, or talent-related roles.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders.
* Excellent organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
