HRIS Professional, Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to maintain the technical integrity of Influx’s organisational structure and compensation data.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our people systems remain accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned. You will provide data-driven insights to support organisation design, workforce planning, performance review cycles, and compensation benchmarking—working closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of clear, up-to-date job descriptions and organisational structures.
- Ensure accuracy of role data, reporting lines, and titles in HR systems (People App).
- Analyse team structures, workloads, and spans of control to support workforce planning.
- Collect, clean, and maintain internal and external salary data for benchmarking and reporting.
- Maintain compensation trackers, dashboards, and payroll-impacting data with high accuracy.
- Research and monitor local minimum wage regulations to ensure compliance across all locations.
- Support the setup and administration of performance review cycles, including salary and bonus updates.
- Assist with HR data requests, audits, and ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify anomalies.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for data analysis and modeling.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing payroll-impacting and compensation-related data.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding role scope, structure, and compensation topics.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential people data in a global environment.
Bonus Point/Preferred:
- Experience with HR systems, people data platforms, or compensation tools.
- Background or exposure to workforce analytics, organisation design, or compensation benchmarking.
- Basic programming or automation skills for data handling and reporting.
