Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Overview
This is a hybrid position, with approximately 50% of time spent working remotely and 50% in the field. The role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure.
Join Trilogy, a leader in senior living. We’re looking for a dedicated Regional Talent Partner to join our Home Office Team. The Regional Talent Partner will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and is responsible for supporting assigned campuses by developing and implementing delivery strategies resulting in sourcing and hiring quality candidates. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned geography as it applies to labor market, recruitment strategy, pipeline building, external community relationships including schools, candidate experience, and selection best practices.
In this role, you will support company initiatives that promote a professional, responsive recruiting delivery that meets or exceeds company goals and recruitment metrics. Be the trusted advisor by creating strong relationships with campus leaders, division support teams, and senior leaders rooted in great customer service, teamwork, and servant leadership.
Responsibilities- Provide support in the areas of recruiting, recruitment systems (ATS) and retention for the assigned division.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned geography regarding delivery strategies and creative recruitment solutions including event planning and external/internal pipeline building.
- Establish and reevaluate recruitment service level agreements (SLA) with individual campuses and leaders to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts related to sourcing, screening, and scheduling the right candidates for selection.
- Partner with hiring managers and campus leaders to ensure applicants are reviewed and interviews scheduled for open positions in a timely manner (24-48 hours).
- Train and mentor campus leadership in selection, interviewing, ATS usage, and best practices to create a WOW candidate experience.
- Collaborate with campus leaders to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflective of the company’s culture and standards from offer through onboarding.
- Support and drive efforts to impact employee retention strategies.
- Support the development of Employee Services strategies related to recruitment and retention (e.g., YES teams).
- Serve as subject matter expert on company benefits and perks to promote Trilogy’s Advantage internally and externally.
- Support campus-based clinical programs (CNA/STNA/QMA); establish relationships, coordinate enrollment and testing, and share best practices across campuses.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and participate in determining campus locations.
- Promote growth programs internally and externally (career pathways, apprenticeships, certifications, tuition assistance, etc.).
- Solicit and pursue referrals from employees across shifts to leverage the Employee Referral Program.
- Use relationships and community connections to build the campus brand in the community.
- Recruit with/from key community organizations (high schools, colleges, academies, workforce development organizations, adult training centers).
- Attend campus Employee Engagement Meetings regularly and maintain strong communication with campus leaders; anticipate hiring needs beyond today’s requirements.
- Diagnose, recommend, and utilize data/dashboards to drive conversations and results.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations related to long-term care nursing management.
- Four (4) year degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent combination of experience and training required.
- Previous experience with high-volume recruitment preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition preferred.
- Healthcare, senior living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
