Recruitment Specialist – Remote (UAE Based)
Full-Time | Performance-Driven | Target-Oriented | Growth Opportunity
We are expanding fast and we are looking for a hungry, ambitious Full-Time Recruitment Specialist who knows how to deliver results.
This is NOT a part-time role.
This is NOT a call center job.
This is NOT a passive position.
This is a full-time, performance-based opportunity for someone ready to work, deliver, and grow.
What You Will Do- Actively source and hunt candidates
- Conduct screenings and interviews
- Manage full recruitment cycles
- Handle documentation and candidate coordination
- Work with CRM systems and recruitment platforms
- Deliver placements — not excuses

Requirements- Minimum 1 year proven experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage full-time workload
- UAE-based candidates only
This role is strictly for candidates holding:
