Recruitment Specialist – Remote (UAE Based)

Full-Time | Performance-Driven | Target-Oriented | Growth Opportunity

We are expanding fast and we are looking for a hungry, ambitious Full-Time Recruitment Specialist who knows how to deliver results.

This is NOT a part-time role.

This is NOT a call center job.

This is NOT a passive position.

This is a full-time, performance-based opportunity for someone ready to work, deliver, and grow.

What You Will Do
  • Actively source and hunt candidates
  • Conduct screenings and interviews
  • Manage full recruitment cycles
  • Handle documentation and candidate coordination
  • Work with CRM systems and recruitment platforms
  • Deliver placements — not excuses

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage full-time workload
  • UAE-based candidates only
