Location: Germany
With a headcount of approximately 1,200, RAUMEDIC is breaking new ground to improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In doing so, RAUMEDIC focuses on polymer-based solutions for medical and pharmaceutical applications, as well as on products for intensive care.
Job Description
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung des Entgelttransparenzgesetzes
- Analyse und Optimierung der Vergütungsstrukturen
- Durchführung der Stellenbewertungen
- Vereinheitlichung der Abrechnungsläufe (Gehalt & Lohn)
- Einholen von Benchmarks
- Steuerung der jährlichen Vergütungsprozesse (lineare Erhöhung, Bonuszyklen und Leistungsbeurteilung)
- Fachliche Beratung der HR-Kollegen im In- und Ausland
- Mitwirkung und ggf. Leitung von HR-Projekten
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.
B. Industriekaufmann, Bürokaufmann, Personalfachkaufmann) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit Schwerpunkt Compensation & Benefits
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Grading-Systemen
- Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Englischniveau mind. B2
