Talent Sourcing Specialist

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team! Join a group of high-performing Consultants and use your strong candidate sourcing skills to place top talent with our well-established client base. Telesales and / or business development is NOT required. Your focus will purely be sourcing and managing Candidates.

• Source high-quality, suitably qualified Candidates
• Screen and conduct interviews
• Manage the Candidate process from sourcing to placement
• Provide a professional and seamless Candidate experience
• Managing Candidate expectations by keeping Candidates informed during the process, interview stages and feedback
• Negotiating offers by assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates to make informed decisions
• Maintaining Candidate records and interview schedules
  
  Collaborating with team members and work with other Consultants to share insights and strategies to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and placements
• Provide a professional service to our long-standing client base by providing high quality and suitably qualified Candidates

• Matric and 3 - 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential.
• The role is office based in Bedfordview and will become hybrid after 3-4 months of inhouse training.
