POSITION OVERVIEWThe Regional Talent Partner will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and is responsible for supporting assigned campuses by developing and implementing delivery strategies resulting in sourcing and hiring quality candidates. You will serve as subject matter expert for assigned geography as it applies but is not limited to the labor market, recruitment strategy, pipeline building, external community relationships including secondary and post‑secondary schools, candidate experience, and selection best practices.
In this role, you will support company initiatives that promote a professional, responsive recruiting delivery that meets or exceeds company goals and recruitment metrics. Be the trusted advisor by creating strong relationships with campus leaders, division support teams, and senior leaders rooted in great customer service, team approach works best attitude, and servant leadership.
Responsibilities- Provide support in the areas of recruiting, recruitment systems (ATS) and retention for assigned division.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned geography regarding delivery strategies, and creative recruitment solutions including event planning, and external and internal pipeline building.
- Establish and reevaluate recruitment service level agreements (SLA) with individual campuses and leaders to drive full‑cycle recruitment efforts related to sourcing, screening, and scheduling the right candidates for selection.
- Partner with hiring managers and campus leaders to ensure applicants are reviewed and interviews scheduled for open positions timely (24‑48 hours).
- Train and mentor campus leadership in areas related to selection, interviewing, ATS usage, and best practices to create a WOW candidate experience.
- Partner with campus leaders to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflective of the company’s culture and standards from offer, acceptance of offer, through campus onboarding.
- Support and drive efforts to impact employee retention strategies.
- Support the development of Employee Services strategies, including but not limited to the YES teams related to employee recruitment and retention.
- Subject matter expert on all company benefits and perks to be able to sell Trilogy’s Advantage both internally and externally.
- Support campus‑based clinical (CNA/STNA/QMA) programs. Establish relationships, coordinate enrollment and testing of students, provide reports and share best practices across campuses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and participate in the determination of campus locations.
- Assist in promoting company growth programs internally and externally, i.e., career pathways (apprenticeships), AIT, NDIT, Mentor/Preceptor, certification, and tuition assistance programs.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from employees across all shifts to leverage the Employee Referral Program.
- Use relationships, knowledge, and connections to help build the campus brand in the community at large.
- Recruit and partner with key community organizations, i.e., high schools, colleges, academies, workforce development organizations and adult training centers.
- Attend campus Employee Engagement Meetings on a regular basis and establish a cadence of strong communication with campus leaders to ensure our hiring needs are accurate; additionally, always recruit beyond today’s needs to account for turnover, census growth, promotions, etc.
