• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the employer’s compliance training strategy
• Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance participant engagement in compliance education
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive training completion and assess training effectiveness
• Develop processes to use training metrics for program enhancements in ethics and compliance
• Report key program metrics to senior leadership to inform ongoing training initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, human resources, corporate communications, or a related field
• Significant expertise in instructional design and modern training delivery methods
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools for monitoring training effectiveness
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience translating legal and business requirements into clear and actionable content for diverse audiences
• Collaborative and consultative approach with a passion for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity
