• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and relevant data throughout each search

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on proactive, direct sourcing
• Demonstrated success sourcing for complex roles within professional services or consulting, preferably in healthcare and technology
• Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search
• Proven ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to translate evolving role requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• Proficiency with AI-driven sourcing solutions and analytics platforms to optimize pipeline generation

• 6+ years of external or corporate communications experience in B2B, consulting, professional services, or agency environments
• Experience in media relations and collaborating with senior stakeholders and external agencies
• Industry and media experience in industrials/manufacturing, financial services, or energy
