UKG Data Analyst

• Salary is $75,000/year - $85,000/year | Credit given for experience

This position is a dual role, responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data, and designing/maintaining informative dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready.
• Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
• Hands‑on experience executing parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Experience working with senior living, healthcare or hospitality work forces, preferred.
• Familiarity with union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules, preferred.
• Familiarity with PEOs, preferred.
• UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP), preferred.
• Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks, preferred.
