- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute annual pay planning cycles and promotion actions
- Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility validation and payout calculations
- Maintain salary structures and conduct market competitiveness assessments to inform pay decisions
- Analyze labor market trends and provide actionable compensation recommendations
- Develop and communicate compensation philosophy to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related Human Resources function
- Experience supporting pay planning cycles and incentive program administration
- Working knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, and compensation analysis
- Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local compensation regulations
- HR certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP) or advanced coursework in compensation or total rewards
- Experience administering short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable presenting compensation insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ability to communicate compensation philosophy clearly to employees and managers
