Position: Total Rewards Compensation Senior Analyst (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute annual pay planning cycles and promotion actions
  • Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility validation and payout calculations
  • Maintain salary structures and conduct market competitiveness assessments to inform pay decisions
  • Analyze labor market trends and provide actionable compensation recommendations
  • Develop and communicate compensation philosophy to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related Human Resources function
  • Experience supporting pay planning cycles and incentive program administration
  • Working knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, and compensation analysis
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local compensation regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • HR certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP) or advanced coursework in compensation or total rewards
  • Experience administering short-term and long-term incentive plans
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable presenting compensation insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Ability to communicate compensation philosophy clearly to employees and managers
