Pay Rate: $70.00-$108.00 / hour
ResponsibilitiesAs a Temporary Talent Management Analyst, you’ll step in to backfill a team member on leave and drive project work that advances our talent management and career pathing roadmap. You’ll partner closely with HRIS, the Talent team, and business stakeholders to execute talent activities across onboarding, performance, talent management, development, and engagement primarily focused on Workday application.
What you’ll doWorkday & Platform Support :
Help administer Workday modules (Onboarding, Talent, Performance), Peakon Employee Voice, and Opportunity Marketplace—supporting enhancements, testing / upgrades, and resolving HR support tickets in partnership with HRIS.
Project support :
Support project work that advances organization-wide career pathing, talent management, and development.
Comms :
Execute communication plans including coordination with internal communications for system / process changes to ensure consistent adoption across the organization
Experience with Workday (Talent, Onboarding) and Peakon;familiarity with Opportunity / Talent Marketplace tools.
Experience with Talent Management, including performance management and employee experience.
Strong project management skills—planning, tracking, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication;ability to simplify complex changes and coach leaders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
This temporary role is preferred as a hybrid in Denver, CO with flexibility for limited remote work;occasional onsite collaboration may be required for project milestones.
