AboutThe Role
We’re looking for three experienced Contract Recruiters to join our team and help us scale our hiring efforts nationwide. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions — with a strong focus on high-volume hiring across niche industries and entry-level roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent, improve processes, and ensure a smooth, transparent candidate experience.

What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Drive high-volume hiring efforts across key roles in our growing operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, niche platforms).
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with Coastline’s culture and values.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in our ATS and recruiting reports.
- Partner with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Represent Coastline Academy’s mission and values in every candidate interaction.

- 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for niche industries and/or entry-level roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-growing, remote-first company.
- Must be based in the United States.
- PST-based candidates preferred, but open to all U.S. time zones.
