Sr. HR Technology Specialist

• Serve as the primary support contact for the Workday user community, troubleshooting problems and addressing queries with excellent customer service
• Support areas of Workday, including Compensation and Time/Attendance
• Create and update documentation for new and existing processes based on system enhancements
• Perform administrative functions such as security maintenance, business process configuration, and data audits for Workday and other HR platforms
• Collaborate with HR and functional stakeholders to build reporting, including calculated fields and various report types

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of back-end experience on the Workday platform, with strong experience in Workday Compensation and Time/Attendance
• 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources work experience
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP in Excel

• Experience with MS Share Point
• Knowledge of Workday Security and the ability to write and maintain Custom Reports
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities in English
