• Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and networking strategies
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver exceptional sourcing outcomes
• Attend recruitment events to represent the employer and build candidate pipelines
• Utilize CRM tools, including Phenom, for talent analytics and candidate nurturing
• Provide regular reporting and insights on sourcing metrics and performance

• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Experience using CRMs and ATS platforms;
  Phenom experience preferred

• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs strongly preferred
